{"id":1399,"date":"2023-04-28T16:15:24","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T14:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mv-center.com\/automatic-inspection-of-pet-bottles\/"},"modified":"2023-08-09T21:00:42","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T19:00:42","slug":"automatic-inspection-of-pet-bottles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mv-center.com\/en\/automatic-inspection-of-pet-bottles\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatic inspection of PET bottles."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A project involving two PET bottle inspection stations has been implemented at a leading beverage manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Station one <strong>inspects the presence, position and correctness of the tightening of the cap, as well as the presence and quality of the retaining ring.<\/strong> This position also controls the level of brine in the bottle.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the second vision inspection station, the presence, t<strong>ype and position of the label on the bottle is checked<\/strong> using a multi-camera system. An interesting solution is the automatic height adjustment of the station relative to the selected reference.<\/p>\n\n<p>Both stations are integrated into the production line. They are equipped with a multifinger ejector, which moves defective bottles onto a shortage conveyor without tipping.
